Warrantee Policy
CrankUp® Scaffolding warrants that products manufactured by CrankUp® Scaffolding to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

CrankUp® Scaffolding will repair or replace the item, at its option when proved to be defective, within one year (90 days on some items. Details provided on request.) from date received by the customer.

We will neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any other liability.

This warranty shall not apply to any equipment which has been repaired or altered outside of our factory in any way so as in our judgment to affect it's stability or reliability, nor which has been subject to misuse or negligence.

All product deliveries, sales or transfer of status from distributor stock, for use by any end user, must be accompanied by a Warrantee Registration. This Warrantee Registration must be forwarded to CrankUp® Scaffolding.


Terms and Conditions of Sale

Normal payment conditions for retail orders being shipped from stock are a minimum of a 25% deposit with the balance remaining due Cash on Delivery. Stock orders are normally shipped within 10 working days from receipt of deposit.

Normal payment conditions for "to build" or non-stocking items orders are 50% deposit with the balance remaining due Cash Against Document (CAD) prior to shipping form the factory.

Stock orders will be shipped within a normal period of 10 working days.

Deposits are non-refundable and should only be considered once the money has cleared your bank or institution.

No allowance is made herein for any account or customer who purchases on terms from the Distributor.


Freight Policy

All Product deliveries must add freight FOB Lithia Springs, GA or stocking point.

Product may be shipped public or private carrier at the discretion of CrankUp® Scaffolding.

Freight subsidies apply only to CrankUp® Scaffolding shipped materials.

Any product damaged during delivery from common or private carrier must be communicated in writing to CrankUp® Scaffolding within 24 hours of receipt.


Return Policy

Any product damaged during delivery from common or private carrier must be communicated in writing to CrankUp® Scaffolding within 24 hours of receipt.

Any product needing return to the factory must receive, in writing, a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) from the factory.

Written notice must be received from CrankUp® Scaffolding and acknowledged, before any units will be accepted for return, and units must be returned prepaid.

Any replacement product shipped to customers will be billed for with freight unit the RGA product is received and accepted as CrankUp® Scaffolding responsible replacement.


National Accounts and Government Programs

CrankUp® Scaffolding establishes, from time to time, special agreements and purchase programs with National Accounts and Government entities. These programs are extraordinary and are created in order that Distributors and CrankUp® Scaffolding maximize the potential end user demand for its products.
